Weekly Lotto
The last 6 years have been very successful for Dripsey GAA winning many
cups in various grades. The Crowning glory was the All Ireland Junior
Hurling Final Victory in February 2009. As well as this success Dripsey
GAA also caters for boys and girls from 6 years old and has underage
teams at Under 10 /12 /13 /14 /15 /16 . In 2008 we added a Ladies Football
section.
All this activity comes at a cost and the day to day running costs
of the club are financed, in the main, from our very successful weekly
lotto.
There are a number of ways to take part in the weekly lotto: You can
buy an annual ticket which cost €90 and you will be included for the 52
draws in the year. Also tickets are on sale every week for €2 per
ticket which can be bought from O'Riordan's Shop Model Village, The Weigh
Inn, Any Committee member. As well as this we will now have them available
down in O'Brien's Field at each training session Juvenile and Adult.
How the lotto works:
Each ticket costs €2 and you pick 3 numbers from 1 to 36, The Jackpot
starts at a minimum of €1,000 and if the lotto is not won 4 consolation
prizes of €30 are picked out, the Jackpot is carried over to the following
week with €100 being added each week.

Membership:
All memberships must be paid to Colm O'Riordan before
March 31st 2012. Membership can be given to at any stage
before this. All player membership must be paid by the first league game
in mid February.
Players membership - €50. Full Adult - €30. Family (1 Full adult
plus Children) - €40 Full time Student - €20. Youth U16 - €10.
What does my membership give me? once paid before March 31st ,2012)
1. A Vote at the club AGM. (once paid before March 31st)
2. The right to propose or be proposed for club officer ships and committees.
3. You are included on the club text and update service for fixture, lotto
results etc.
4. Free admission to League games at O Brien's Field.
5. You are entitled to be in draws for Munster final and All Ireland finals
tickets draws.
6. Your contribution goes to developing Hurling and Football among the younger
members of our community.
7. You will get a membership card from Croke park which in time will be used
to give discounts for inter county league and championship games.
8. Finally you will be officially part of a club that has grown since its foundation
and will continue to do so over the coming years.
